Most packages include accommodation, meals as specified, a certified trek leader, permits and safety support. Travel to the base city and personal expenses are usually excluded — each trip page lists exact inclusions.

Full refund for cancellations 15+ days before departure, 50% refund for 7–14 days, and no refund within 7 days. Weather-related cancellations by us are fully refundable or rescheduled.

March–June and September–November are ideal for most Himalayan treks. Snow lovers prefer December–February. Each destination page lists its best season.
